# How-To Steps:

01 - Combine beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil in a bowl. Marinate for 10 minutes while preparing other ingredients.
02 - Prepare lo mein noodles following package directions. Drain and set aside.
03 - Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, water, and cornstarch until smooth.
04 - Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add marinated beef and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
05 - Add remaining oil to the skillet. Stir-fry garlic, ginger, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot for 2–3 minutes until crisp-tender.
06 - Return beef to the skillet with noodles and green onions. Pour in sauce and toss over high heat for 2–3 minutes until evenly coated and heated through.
