10 - 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure easy cleanup.

04 - Layer black beans, corn, diced tomato, finely chopped red onion, jalapeño slices if using, and sliced black olives on top of the cheese.
