# How-To Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and red onion with olive oil, smoked paprika, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Spread the vegetables in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Nestle the sausage pieces among the vegetables.
04 - Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until vegetables are tender and caramelized and sausages are cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
05 - Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
