Homemade Golden Dinner Rolls

Featured in: Family Favorites

These golden dinner rolls offer a soft, fluffy texture with a tender crumb and rich buttery flavor. Made from all-purpose flour, warm milk, yeast, and butter, the dough rises twice to achieve a light, airy consistency. After shaping into 12 smooth balls and brushing with melted butter, they bake to a perfect golden brown. Ideal for pairing with various dishes, these rolls bring warmth and comfort to the table.

Optional herbs like rosemary or thyme can be added for enhanced aroma, and substitutions for dairy make these suitable for different dietary needs. Baking requires moderate prep and rise time but delivers satisfying, homemade bread rolls.
